My stay at Hotel Santorini Neiva was a pleasant experience. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff at the 24-hour front desk were extremely helpful, providing excellent customer service and making me feel welcome. The central location of the hotel made it easy to access nearby attractions, and the free WiFi throughout the property was convenient for staying connected. I appreciated the option for an à la carte or American breakfast at the on-site restaurant, adding to the overall convenience of my stay. The shared lounge was a nice touch for relaxing after a day of exploring Neiva. Although I encountered some noise from the street side, the hotel's peaceful ambiance and safety measures made me feel at ease during my visit.
